Tea for Two
We’ve gone up (stairs) in the world. Enter The Old Town, cross The Pavement, round The Polygon, we’re back at our local, only a storey higher enjoying an elevated position this time:
- The beginnings: Padrón peppers | salt cod beignets, saffron aioli
- The middlings: La Latteria burrata, cashew nut hummus, picked red onions, paper bread | sea vegetables dressed in seaweed crème fraîche, soft egg, trout roe | roast winter vegetables, chestnut and truffle dressing
- The endings: profiteroles, Chantilly | chocolate cremosa, salted caramel ice cream
